Where item qualifies for pick up, it must be cleaned and prepared for pick up at the agreed time. Deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after item is returned or picked up without any damages. Where there has been any damages on the item due to improper handling by customer, there will be no refund of all or part of the deposit depending on the extent of damage. No delivery charges when part of an order costing from £200. (Outside Local Area) Delivery charges of £100 apply for this item when ordered alone and order must be a minimum of 50psc. Delivery is free when part of an order costing from £1000. For areas outside Northampton but within Northamptonshire.
