Service Description

We put so many things into perspective when we handle your event venue decoration and most importantly we incorporate your desires and ideas into it to achieve an outcome you will be happy and satisfied with. Our decoration services are packaged to suit different budget types. We're also open to work with you around your budget. Free delivery, set up and pick up available locally for all items in this service. These services attracts a £200 extra charge applicable to all packages for areas outside Northampton but within Northamptonshire and nearby surrounding towns and cities. Set Up, Pack Up & Clean Up Policies: Due to the time required to set up and pack up decorations for events, our decoration team will require between 2 to 4 hours before the start of the event to set up on the day of the event. However, where possible it will be best to set up a day before the event assuming the event is to commence early hours of day and of course it is a secure location/venue where the safety of our decoration items and materials can be guaranteed. Packing up will require between an hour and half to 2 hours. We will however begin pack up of items which we deem will no longer be required about an hour to the finish time of the event. This is to enable our decor team to conclude packing up in accordance to management policies of the hall/venue. These time ranges are dependent on the event decoration package chosen and should be factored in and liaised with the hall management. NOTE: Cleaning up of the venue itself is not our responsibility, hosts should make adequate preparations towards the cleaning of the venue after their events as we or our decoration team will not be involved or held liable for this.
